The pedagogical practices of teachers in Colombia, based on the Institutional Educational Project
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to present a theoretical and conceptual approach on how the pedagogical practices of teachers in Colombia, developed from the provisions of the Institutional Educational Project (PEÍ) of each school or college, considered as an identifying instrument and specific to each institution to guide the achievement of the educational quality proposed in the new political constitution of Colombia of 1991. Methodologically, a theoretical and critical approach was proposed using two levels, a monograph aimed at reviewing the sources to compile the ideas of the conceptual approaches and then a hermeneutic level was developed in which an interpretation was made based on the support, validity and scope. The final reflection of this theoretical analysis leads to confirming the importance of integrating the provisions of the PEÍ project into educational practices, for which it is necessary for the teacher to be fully identified with its aims and objectives.
