Abstract

XXI century. - the century of global changes. In the course of them, the entire way of life of human civilization is being rebuilt beyond recognition. Now the information era begins, which is characterized by the creation of a single global world information space. Political conflicts do not disappear and are transformed into “clashes of civilizations”. According to K.S. Hajiyev, peace will never come without wars, but the nature of wars will change. And since the problems of peace and war are now quite acute for humanity, the relevance of clarifying the nature of future wars is beyond doubt
